Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your Fun-a-Boo orders and our return process.

At Fun-a-Boo, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. We work hard to ensure your books and educational resources arrive quickly and safely so your family can start their next adventure.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season or a new product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several delivery options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges, delivery times, and available methods vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Fun-a-Boo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or digital resources
  • Items that have been visibly used or damaged after delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details and photos of the product and the defect. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
